Hello, I'm Kimberley Jones - a Humanist Celebrant creating deeply personal wedding, funeral and naming ceremonies across Wales, the South West of England and beyond.
I believe life's most meaningful moments deserve ceremonies as unique as the people at their heart. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, honouring a life at a funeral, or welcoming a new family member at a naming ceremony, I'll work alongside you to create something authentic, heartfelt, and unmistakably yours.
Trained and accredited by Humanists UK, I started my journey as a Funeral Celebrant - drawn to supporting families through their hardest days. After marrying and having children of my own, adding weddings and namings felt like a natural next step. Whatever brings us together, my approach stays the same: listening deeply, honoring what matters to you, and crafting ceremonies that your guests will talk about for years to come.

I’ll get to know all about you both and hear about the winding path that has led you to your wedding day.
Then I will write it into an incredibly personal and heartfelt ceremony that you will fall in love with - one that will forever hold a special place in your hearts and will be talked about by your guests for years to come!

We want to say a massive thank you for the ceremony. We had so many compliments and a lot of people said to us that they'd never seen that kind of humanist ceremony and loved how personal it was. We loved the process of getting the script, you made us feel really comfortable and we felt that it meant the script was really specific and touching. We also really appreciated the opportunity to edit it afterwards and loved the touches of asking the guests to make a vow and including our personal thoughts about the other. It was very reassuring to have you at the walk through with us so that you knew the venue and we appreciated your guidance on the day too, you were a massively reassuring presence. I thought your presentation was great. We loved the pace and the humour. It was a really magical day, thank you for helping to make that happen.

We could not recommend Kim enough, from the moment we first sat down with her she was fantastic. Kim was ever the professional yet made us feel like we’d known her for years. She had loads of options and ideas for what our ceremony could look like and put together the perfect script telling our story from what felt like a 10 minute conversation. Kim captured us perfectly with her humour and sweet words. So many of our guests complimented her work and said it made them feel more part of the day from the stories and laughter Kim shared. Thank you Kim, we had the most amazing day and it wouldn’t have been the same without you!

We are absolutely over the moon with EVERYTHING Kim created with us. We could not recommend Kim enough. She was so helpful in supporting us to create a day that truly aligned with our values as a couple, her calm guidance was amazing! Kim wrote two amazing, meaningful and personal ceremonies for us; one for just the two of us (where we went up a mountain with Kim, yes Kim was more than willing to do this with us!!!) and the other for friends and family to be a part of (in Penpont House in Brecon). Kim created ceremonies that perfectly matched us. They were amazing. Kim was professional at all times but alongside this we felt we developed a very special, intermit and unique relationship with her that we will forever hold dearly in our hearts. If you are reading this review I hope that one day you’re lucky enough have Kim join you in you journey in life; she’s a very special person to us now and we are so pleased to have come across her, we are confident she will become this person to you also. It’s only taken us 6 months to get this review written, fortunately for us Kim does not lack the ability to put into words our story. We are very lucky to call her our friend and to have her write and preform our 10 year wedding anniversary vow and promise renewal ceremony. About this time last year we decided we would like to celebrate our 10 year anniversary by redoing our vows. We loved our first wedding, however, us and the relationship have been on a journey, grown and we wanted to write new vows to reflect this. A huge part of us now is our son and we wanted him to be a big part of the vow renewal. Kim met with us, we had a coffee, she ask us about our story, key mile stones and gave us some homework. We spent time together writing what we wanted to say to each other and to your son. That was it, we trusted Kim to do the rest. The ceremony itself was on Ogmore beach there was just 5 of us, it was perfect. The tale of the rings, each ring representing an adventure in our journey. It couldn’t have been more fitting for us! We choose sand blending to represent each promise we made to each other, something our son loved helping with. Afterwards we had a paddle in the sea and ate doughnuts, just perfect there are no other words. Kim got us, she listened and she made it our story, what we wanted, what we needed. We can thank Kim enough for what she has given us.

From our first meeting with Kimberley, we were struck by her warm and easygoing (yet always professional) manner, and her amazing perceptiveness. We were blown away when we received the first draft of our ceremony - She had managed to articulate the essence of ‘us’ and lots of the sentiments that we wanted to share with our guests in such a beautiful way, and after just one evening together! Her words made us laugh, cringe, and shed a tear all at once, and her attention to detail was incredible. She seamlessly incorporated our chosen readings, and gave us guidance, encouragement and confidence in writing our own vows. She made sure the ceremony was ‘just right’ for us, and was a wonderful presence on our wedding day itself, making us feel comfortable and relaxed in her capable hands. The best testament we can give to her gift for this role is that a number of our guests commented that it felt like our ceremony had been led by a close friend, rather than someone we had met only a handful of times. We are so grateful to have found Kimberley and we recommend her wholeheartedly!

Where to start! Kim was just amazing all the way through our wedding journey! It was a real full circle moment, as the first time we met Kim was actually in University, almost 14 years ago! So imagine our excitement when we found out she is now a celebrant! It was so perfect. We were absolutely the lucky ones that Kim said "Yes" to us! Kim's attention to detail and ability to tell our story made our ceremony so special. The first draft we received was practically perfect, there was hardly anything to change and the bits that did change were on us to provide anyway! We had regular contact with Kim on WhatsApp, emails, and in person coffee meets, so we always knew what the next steps were leading up to the day. On the day, things couldn't have gone more perfectly. Bright smiles and such positive energy throughout. So many of our guests had never been to an outdoor wedding, let alone a celebrant led wedding, so we were a little apprehensive on how it would be received, but we needed not worry as Kim was amazingly professional and we've received so many compliments from friends and family afterwards. If you're looking for a celebrant for your wedding then don't look any further as Kim is your gal! You 100% won't regret it and you'll make a great friend along the way!

We knew early on that we didn’t want a religious ceremony so when I did a quick search and found Kimberley we organised a meet up. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting her I knew we wanted her to be in our wedding. She was fantastic from the offset and put no pressure on us to go with her even though we knew she was the perfect fit. From the get to know us meetings through to the final day everything was so easy. I think we made one very very minor change to the whole ceremony draft along the way which Kimberley was unfazed by but everything in the ceremony was perfectly us. She really took on what we wanted and our lives together and made it into something so special. Kimberley constantly communicated with us and was there for help at every step along the way. On the ceremony day itself she was a very calming influence for both of us. The ceremony was fantastic and everyone has commented that it was the best wedding ceremony they’d been to because it was so personal and Kimberley was so personable. It will forever be my favourite part of the day and I’m just so glad that we found Kimberley! We just wanted to say a quick thank you before we head off. EVERYONE has said how much they loved the ceremony and how incredible you were. We couldn’t have imagined a better ceremony and it’ll always be the favourite thing about our day

Thank you so much for everything Saturday and in the build up. It was such a lovely service and it made the day really special for us. So many people have spoken to us about how unique and personal the service was, which made it all the more special. And thank you for making sure all the logistics with the ceremony worked well too. Kimberley was our celebrant for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She is so lovely, kind and patient and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Our family and friends commented that it was such a beautiful and intimate ceremony. She helped so much with organising everything and had such a calming influence. We cannot recommend Kimberley enough!
